當您於華瀚旅行社 (美商訂房中心) 的網站訂房並執行 完成訂房(Finish booking) 即表示您已接受美商訂房中心之訂房條款及免責聲明。
※為避免發生帳款不清的問題, 本訂房系統的帳號請務必要本人專用, 請勿任意提供給他人使用, 倘若之後發生帳款相關的問題, 帳款將由帳號之持有人負全責!!
◎飯店超賣條款◎
全世界的飯店和國外代理商均有可能因發生超賣而臨時無法提供原先預訂好之住房,如遇此狀況發生,飯店或國外代理商將會負責提供下列3種補救措施供客人選擇:
(A)接受由飯店或國外代理商另外提供之同等級替代飯店,如有額外產生之交通費用可提供單據代為向飯店或國外代理商申請。
(B)客人也可以選擇取消此訂單,退回全額房費,並自己另行尋找更適合的替代飯店。除此之外,請恕依飯店合約和國外代理商合約,將不會再提供其它額外之補償或賠償。
(C)與訂機位一樣, 飯店偶爾也會發生超賣的情況, 這是全世界的訂房網站都無可避免的,請理解這也不是訂房中心可以控制或希望看到的。目前唯一能預先避免飯店超賣情況發生的方法, 我們建議在訂房時, 請選擇不用保證入住的房價做預訂, 訂完之後請先不要確認給客人, 請先馬上通知我們的OP連絡飯店確認您的訂單並取得飯店的確認號碼, 之後再請通知客人訂單確認, 如此雙方事先多一步確認動作應該可以避免發生飯店超賣的問題造成客戶的困擾。
訂房中心對於飯店或國外代理商超賣所造成的困擾將會為客人盡力向飯店或國外代理商爭取權益,但預訂人必須理解,飯店或國外代理商超賣的情況並非是訂房中心所可以掌控的,如果客人無法接受此條款,請建議客人直接向飯店預訂。
◎保證入住的訂單◎
如果您選擇預訂保證入住的訂單, 請務必注意, 在訂房的最後一個步驟時, 系統會顯示“請小心!此筆訂房已過取消期限!!訂房一旦確認即為全程保證入住, 無法取消或更改, 否則房費將全部沒收, 是否繼續預訂?” 的警語。預訂人必須點擊”確定”鍵,此訂單才會被接受成立。當訂單一旦預訂成功後,訂單即無法做任何的修改或取消,任何修改或取消所產生的費用也將由預訂人負責全額支付。
◎床位型式◎
全世界大部份的飯店的床型(TWIN 或DOUBLE)只能做需求, 無法保證, 如果客人對於床型有強烈需求, 請務必事先告知, 以另行詢問飯店是否可特別安排。否則一律視同DBL或TWIN均可接受無法指定, 本公司也無法受理針對床型問題之相關求償!!!!
因應全世界飯店各有不同的房型規劃, 三人房及四人房並非一定有加床, 極有可能為三(四)人共用一張大床或二床, 如需加床還須額外支付加床費用!! 請務必留意。
◎特殊需求◎
所有的特殊需求, 例如:非吸菸房間、吸菸房間、高樓層、低樓層、邊間、相連房、相通房等等,只能需求,無法保證 !! 通常只能取決於入住時的情況由酒店前台安排。另外,飯店提供的各項免費服務只能做需求, 無法保證, 如果客人對於飯店提供的各項免費服務有強烈需求, 請務必事先告知, 以另行詢問飯店。本公司也無法受理針對各飯店停止提供各項免費服務之相關求償!!!
◎飯店資訊◎
飯店資訊 (飯店簡介、交通指南、星級、地圖等等) 由各個供應商系統所提供,僅供參考使用,無法保證百分之一百準確。美商訂房中心將努力使呈現的飯店和地圖資訊儘可能的準確,但資訊也經常在更新修正,恕我們無法對各個供應商系統所提供資訊的準確性承擔責任,恕無法接受任何因資訊誤差所產生或要求的賠償。如果旅客針對某些設施或距離或條件有一定的需求,建議於訂房前先自行再一次確認酒店官網訊息或與美商訂房中心聯繫,以協助作進一步的查詢與確認。
◎飯店附加費用◎
房價已包含一般之政府稅金及服務費,但部份個別地區或個別飯店仍會有特別附加費用須跟旅客直接收取(例如:政府稅 (Government Tax)、城市稅 (City Tax)、度假村費 (Resort Fee) 及旅遊稅 (Tourism Tax)、人頭稅 (Occupancy Tax) 或政府調節基金/建設費等)。這些費用均需由客人自行在現場支付給飯店,並不包含在房費內,敬請見諒。
◎展覽或會議◎
如遇展期或特殊活動時, 當地的飯店大部份均要求全程保證入住, 不能取消、不能更改或不能退款, 請尤其特別注意。也有一些所謂的動態連結飯店, 不接受任何更改, 如要更改, 只能在取消期限之前取消重訂。但價格及房態可能會有所變動。請注意本系統的報價不適用參展的客人預訂。
◎房價◎
在一般正常狀況之下,本系統的房價均為優惠合約價格,但有些飯店會依住房狀況而有不定期之特別促銷價於當地出售而不必照會本公司,故遇此情形時,本公司之優惠價格並無法保證一定會比該飯店之促銷價更便宜,本公司亦無法受理因飯店促銷而產生房費之差價之相關求償!!!!
一般酒店如有降價優惠, 優惠價只適用於不同客人名字和日期的新預訂, 無法適用於取消後又重訂的舊有訂單。舊有訂單取消後若再重訂, 很有可能會被酒店要求依照原先的舊有房價, 不適用新報價。
由於房價會隨著每日的匯率變化而產生波動,所有的訂單的房價均依訂房的當下的匯率為準,一旦訂房確認後訂單的房價不會再受匯率變動而改變。故當日後因匯率調漲而房價亦跟著調漲時,已確認的訂單的房價並不會隨著調漲。反之,若房價有所調降時,本公司亦無法接受任何差價退款的要求。
◎重複訂房◎
建議若非必要,相同訂單盡量不要重覆取消重訂, 若同筆訂房經過取消又馬上重訂或先重訂又取消(新訂/取消/重訂),有些飯店可能會視爲重複預訂,並取消所有預訂或誤以為此訂單最終已不需要。若遇此類情況, 請及時將重訂後的訂單相關事宜告知美商訂房中心,以美商訂房中心最終回覆確認爲準。否則,由此産生的所有損失將由預訂人自行承擔。
◎更改訂房◎
如要更改訂單,請務必於最後取消期限之前,連絡美商訂房中心進行更改作業。訂單更改的結果(房況、價格等)以飯店的確認回覆為準。如果已過了取消期限,預訂人必須負擔更改訂單所產生的罰金。
由於大部份酒店的預訂系統均無法提供線上 “更改功能”, 以致於有越來越多的酒店直連訂單, 無法接受任何更改, 如要更改, 只能在取消期限之前取消舊訂單,然後重新做新的預訂, 但價格及房態可能會有所變動。因此建議如有多個房間同時入住, 請務必拆開單獨預訂, 以免因為其中一間需要更改或取消而導致整筆訂單都得取消重訂。
◎取消訂房◎
如果客人取消行程, 請務必於取消期限前自行登入系統做取消動作以避免罰款。如果過了取消期限而未取消之訂房則視為"保證入住"。如果已過了取消期限仍要取消訂單,預訂人必須負擔取消訂單所產生的全額罰金。
◎團體訂房◎
本訂房系統只適用10人以下的FIT訂房,有些酒店與供應商所簽定的合約報價內會有明文規定所訂房型與人數若超過FIT合約標準,飯店有權拒絕團房散訂(同進同出)之訂單,若您有10人 (或以上) 的團體訂房需求,請E-MAIL (hrc@hrclink.com.tw) 或來電 (TEL: 02-27407988) 給我們,我們將會儘快回覆您。
◎旅客入住飯店時的注意事項◎
全世界越來越多的飯店及公共場所施行禁煙政策,請客人勿隨意抽煙,以免受罰。客人在入住飯店期間所產生的任何個人額外花費, 例如電話費,洗衣費,房間內飲料費用..等,皆應由客人於退房前自行與飯店結清賬款。所有飯店均會在旅客入住時要求以信用卡或現金作為個人消費擔保,以確保旅客支付入住期間所產生之額外個人消費 (如電話費、mini bar等)。當無額外個人消費時,飯店會在客人退房時退回保證金。
旅客應遵守各個飯店本身所定之規章和制度,若有違反飯店之規定者,飯店有權採取適當之懲戒措施。旅客不應隨意更動或損壞飯店房間內外之設施,若有任何損壞者,旅客負有照價賠償之責任。
◎我們的條款與條件的更改◎
美商訂房中心保留隨時更改和修改這些條款和條件的權利。更改一旦發佈到美商訂房中心的網站上,將立即生效。
◎◎◎Hotels Reservation Center Inc. Terms & Conditions◎◎◎
1. Relocation of your clients :
Now a day, base on all hotels' agreement terms that they all will reserve the right to " Overbooked " , If the original confirmed hotel is closed or over-booked, or has maintenance problems and/or simply can not provide the room(s) booked, booking agent can choose the following 2 options offer :
A) The hotelier or supplier will be responsible for finding alternative accommodation with a similar standard hotel, and HRC will responsible to claim such extra transportation fee between these 2 hotels due to this relocation with payment receipt provided by the guest.
B) Or guest also can choose to cancel this booking with Full Refund and looking for other more proper hotel by their own.
The once guest or Agency have accepted the alternative, the reservation is considered as " Guaranteed and Confirmed ' and any cancellation after this may result in cancellation fees or charges. HRC will not accept any liability for any losses or costs or any compensation that might occur as a result of re-location as this is completely beyond our control, if guest can not accept above re-location terms, we will suggest guest should book with hotel directly.
2. Non-Refundable Booking :
When you select a " Non-Refundable Rate " to book, our system will jump out an alert Window to remind you this is Non-Refundable Booking, the once Confirmed, can not cancel , can not amend, can not refund, you have to click " Agreed To Continue " in order to make this booking confirmed, so the once confirmed, the full payment will be under booking agent’s responsibility..
3. Special Request :
All special request like Non-Smoking Room , Smoking Room, Higher Floor , Corner Room , Connecting Room ... etc. all will be on " Request Basis " only with No Guarantee, it all have to subject to hotel's availability upon their check in.
4. Bedding Configuration :
For All Triple Room and Quad Room may not necessary with Extra Bed, it all will subject to each hotel's own different bedding configuration.
5. Avoid To Book Different Room Type In One Booking :
Different room type should book under seperate bookings in order to get accurate room rate and room grade information.
6. Multiple Rooms under one booking :
If you need to book multiple rooms, we suggest you to book seperatly under one by one room, otherwise when you need to cancel or amend one of the room, you will have to cancel them all and rebook them all as they all has been binding under one booking, and when you need to rebook , room situation and room rate may has been changed.
7. Bedding Only On Request Only With No Guarantee :
All the bedding request ( Twin or Double ) all will be on " Request Basis" only, it all subject to hotel's availability upon their check in with no Guarantee, if guest very insist to have special bedding, please send email to us and let us know, we will help to check with hotel again and see whether possible to do special arrangement.
8. Free Service From Hotel :
HRC will not responsible for all kinds of Free Service provided from hotel, if guest very insist to receive any kind of Free Service ( like Free Shuttle Bus .... ) , guest must check with hotel and make sure such Free Service whether still can provided upon their arrival.
9. Hotel Information :
All the Hotel Information ( for example : Introduction , location , transportation, stars and rating, map , distance , amenity , internet..... etc. ) all are provided and updated from Hotels or different suppliers and only for " Reference only ", we suggest guest should check each hotel's official website once again if they must have accurate information for all kinds of hotel information. HRC will not accept any liability for compensation caused by inaccurate hotel information provided from hotels or suppliers.
10.Hotel Surcharge :
HRC's rate already include general tax and service fee, but guest may still have to pay some special tax levied from local city government directly like " City Tax " , " Resort Fee " , " Tourism Tax " , " Occupancy Tax " , " Construction Tax " ..... etc.
11. Convention Period :
During Convention Period or Exhibition Period, all hotels may require " Full Payment and Full Period Guarantee " to hold room, the once booking Confirmed, can not cancel, can not amend, can not refund . Please note that the offer for this system is not applicable to guests booking for the exhibition.
12.Booking Direct Linked with Hotel Website ( Dynamic Rate ) :
More and more rate may comes from " Direct Link " rate, the once confirmed, can not do any amendment include the name change will be not allowed, you may allow to cancel whole booking and rebook before the cancel deadline, but the room rate and room status may changed or may fully booked already when you need to rebook.
13.Rate may fluctuate by everyday :
Hotels always reserve the right to adjust their rate everyday or every minutes base on their own occupancy rate, HRC will not accept the rate difference claim between the date of booking confirmed and the date when you check in or before your check in.
14. Promotional Rate from hotel :
All promotional rate offered from hotel only can apply for new booking, for the existing booking if cancel and rebook, hotel may have the right not to honor .
15. Avoid Duplicated Booking :
Please try to avoid making duplicated booking and caused duplicated cancellation in order to avoid the confusion from hotel front desk when check in.
16. Amend Booking :
For any booking amendment, please send email to HRC , and all the amendment will subject to hotel's final reply with room status and rate, any penalty occurred will be responsible by the booking agent .
17. Cancel Booking :
Booking agent must cancel booking before the cancel deadline by own responsiblity, if any cancellation after Cancel Deadline, all the penalty occurred shall be responsible by the booking agent.
18 .Group Booking :
This system is only good for the FIT booking under 10 guests, if book group rooms over 10 pax , hotel will have right not to honor your bookings and ask you to re-submit booking under Group Rate and Group Terms.
HRC reserves the right to change all the terms, and it will be effective immediately the once the terms has been updated on HRC website.
